Gunnedah based, GW Group are a facilities maintenance provider operating from Moree to Newcastle. We offer a wide range of services including mowing, slashing, landscaping and cleaning - all to a premium standard.

Starting with little more than a second-hand push mower and a small number of loyal residential lawn care clients in 2016, founder and director of GW Group, Michael Cooke has quite literally grown his successful facilities maintenance business from the ground up.

Based in Gunnedah NSW, GW Group now specialise in delivering high quality facilitates maintenance services to primarily large scale corporate clients across NSW.

​

Services provided by GW Group include but are not limited to contract management, garden & grounds maintenance, landscaping, asset maintenance and repair and land rehabilitation.

Michael Cooke

Company Director

Born in Leeds, England, Michael travelled extensively into his mid 20's where his final destination was Australia, as a backpacker it was hard to find an employer. Opportunities were endless for contract & casual works, but Michael wanted more and with some encouraging words, he lept at the chance to operate his own business.

As a highly driven individual, Michael does not believe in luck. Instead he believes luck is defined as the place hard work and opportunity meet, and that for him was to be in Gunnedah.

​

"My role in GW GROUP for me is to navigate through a highly compliant state to win contracts in the aged care sector and disabled sector for facilities maintenance. Smart thinking business offering unrivalled technological advantages to our clients."

Nate Jackson

General Manager

Tamworth born and bred; Nate couldn't resist the offer to relocate to Gunnedah for career opportunities some years ago, which has led Nate's path to taking on role as General Manager with GW GROUP.

With experience managing teams and working hands on in his field for over a decade - Nate is highly knowledgeable across landscaping, general labour, maintenance and both commercial and residential cleaning.
